I run Robbp Media, a social media marketing agency in Los Angeles, and I have been doing this work since 2012. The shortest way to explain what we do is to show you a few numbers. Dr. Zoumalan, a facial plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, went from 6,000 Instagram followers to 109,000 with organic content only, no paid growth. A Beverly Hills medical client returned 1,233% ROAS on paid social we built and managed. Posh Peanut, a kids and baby apparel brand, scaled to $41M in revenue with our social, creator and paid work underneath it. A JAM Paper UGC campaign pulled 180,000 views. Dead Soxy moved from 2.23x to 4.64x ROAS after we rebuilt the creative and the audience structure. Dr. Andrew Brunswick grew from 9,590 followers to 115,000. Those are the results I lead with because they are the ones I can stand behind.
If you are searching for a social media agency because your current one sends pretty reports and no leads, this page is for you. Here is what we do, who it works for, how an engagement runs, what social media management pricing looks like here, and the questions people ask before they sign.
What we do
Organic social is the foundation. That means a content strategy built around what your buyers actually search and watch, a posting cadence we can hold for twelve months, short form video edited in Adobe Premiere Pro, graphics built in Adobe Creative Suite, community management, and DM automation so a comment turns into a conversation and a conversation turns into a booking. The Zoumalan and Brunswick growth came from exactly this, with nothing bought.
UGC and creator content is the second lane. We source creators who fit your product, write the briefs, manage usage rights, and deliver a library of real people talking about your brand in their own words. That library feeds both your organic feed and your ads. The JAM Paper campaign is the clearest example, and it is the lane that pet brands, kids brands and DTC products lean on most.
Paid social is the third. Meta, Instagram and TikTok ads, judged on one thing, return on ad spend. We build the creative, structure the audiences, and report ROAS weekly in plain language. Dead Soxy going from 2.23x to 4.64x is what a rebuild looks like when the creative and the targeting are both fixed at the same time.
SEO and AEO run alongside all of it. Social gets you seen by people who are scrolling. Search and AI answers get you found by people who are already looking. We run a $199 per month SEO and AEO tool that publishes an expert article a day, applies the fixes it finds, builds mentions and tracks whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overview name your business. It is a separate product from social media management and the two work well together.
Who it is for
Medical aesthetics is where we have the deepest track record. Plastic surgeons, med spas and dermatology practices need content that is accurate, patient safe and still interesting enough to grow an audience. Dr. Zoumalan and Dr. Brunswick are the proof that it can be done organically and at scale.
DTC and ecommerce brands are the second group. Posh Peanut and Dead Soxy sit here. The job is to turn attention into orders and to know, every week, what each dollar of ad spend brought back.
Pet and kids brands are a specialty. Bil-Jac on the pet side, Posh Peanut on the kids side. These audiences buy on trust and on seeing other parents and owners use the product, which is why UGC does so much of the work.
Nonprofits are the fourth group. I founded a men's wellness nonprofit myself and I know what a small team with a real mission needs from social: consistency, a clear ask, and content that moves people to show up or give. We price nonprofit work differently and I am happy to talk about that on a call.
Beyond those four, the broader track record includes Nike, Microsoft, Cobalt Stages, Calculated Industries and Project Ropa. If you are in Los Angeles, Orange County or anywhere in the US and need numbers rather than noise, we can probably help.
How an engagement runs
It starts with a call. I ask what you are selling, what a customer is worth to you, where your audience already spends time, and what has not worked so far. Then we audit your current channels and come back with a plan that names the platforms, the posting cadence, the content pillars and the first ninety days of priorities.
The first month is setup and foundation. Profiles get rebuilt, the content system gets built, creators get sourced if UGC is in scope, and ad accounts get structured if paid is in scope. From month two the machine runs: content goes out on schedule, DMs and comments get handled, ads get optimised, and you get a weekly report that reads like a text from a friend rather than a dashboard dump.
You talk to me, not an account manager. I have a team for design, video editing and creator outreach, but strategy and the relationship stay with me. Every engagement is month to month after the first ninety days. If the numbers are not moving, you should not be locked in.
Social media management pricing
I get asked about social media management pricing more than anything else, so here is how it works here. Social media management starts from a monthly retainer. The exact figure depends on how many channels we are running, how often we are posting, whether short form video is in scope, and whether you want community management and DM automation included. One platform with a steady cadence costs less than four platforms with daily video. I will give you a precise number after the first call because I would rather quote your actual workload than publish a tier that fits nobody.
UGC is priced per campaign or as an ongoing creator program, and the cost scales with the number of creators and the usage rights you need. Paid social is a management fee on top of your ad spend, and we agree a ROAS target before anything goes live.
The $199 per month SEO and AEO tool is a separate product with its own flat price. Plenty of clients run it alongside social, but you can start with either one.
Questions people ask
What does a social media agency cost?
It depends on channels, cadence and whether video, UGC or paid ads are included. Our social media management starts from a monthly retainer and the figure is quoted after one call. Paid social is a fee on top of ad spend. The SEO and AEO tool is a flat $199 per month on its own.
How long until I see results?
Paid social shows results in weeks because we can read ROAS almost immediately. Organic growth takes longer. The Zoumalan account built steadily over months, not days. I ask for ninety days to prove the system works, and after that everything is month to month so the results have to keep earning the retainer.
Do you work with medical practices?
Yes, and it is the area we know best. Plastic surgeons, med spas and dermatology clinics make up a large part of our client list. Content is kept patient safe and accurate, and the growth is organic. Dr. Zoumalan going from 6,000 to 109,000 followers is the clearest example of what that looks like.
What is UGC?
UGC stands for user generated content: real people filming themselves using or talking about your product in their own words. We source the creators, write the briefs, handle usage rights and deliver the footage for your feed and your ads. The JAM Paper campaign that reached 180,000 views was built entirely this way.
Do you run ads too?
Yes. We manage Meta, Instagram and TikTok ads and judge the work on return on ad spend. A Beverly Hills medical client returned 1,233% ROAS, and Dead Soxy went from 2.23x to 4.64x after we rebuilt the creative and audiences. Organic and paid work best together, so most clients run both.
