Working with us

How do I get started with Robbp Media?
Ask for the free ad audit or book a strategy call. We look at your ads, your content and how you show up on Google and ChatGPT, then tell you honestly what we would fix first. If it makes sense to work together, we agree a plan and a monthly fee before anything starts. Read more
What does Robbp Media do?
One team runs five things together: social media and organic growth, paid ads on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google and ChatGPT, on-location filming across Los Angeles and Orange County, SEO and AEO, and reputation management. Most agencies do one of these and hand the rest to someone else. Read more
Who do you work with?
Medical practices, ecommerce brands and service businesses, in Los Angeles, Orange County and nationwide. Clients have included Nike and Microsoft, and results on the site include a neurosurgeon growing from 9,590 to 233,000 Instagram followers organically. Read more
Who will actually work on my account?
Robb Pollard, the founder, sets the strategy and joins the calls. Hillary Ramirez runs social strategy, creative direction and the account day to day, and Marta Dvorakova runs Meta and Google Ads and decides where the budget goes. Read more
Where are you based?
Playa Vista, Los Angeles. We work remotely with clients nationwide and film on location across Los Angeles County and Orange County. Read more
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within one business day. You can also book a strategy call straight onto the calendar, or ask this assistant anything at any time. Read more
Is the ad audit really free?
Yes. A senior strategist reviews your ads and sends back the specific fixes we would make first. You keep it whether or not we work together. Read more

Pricing and contracts

How much does Robbp Media cost?
Management starts from $1,500 a month, on top of your ad spend. The exact fee depends on the channels and how much creative we produce, and we confirm it after the free audit so you know the number before you commit. SEO and AEO is a flat $199 a month. Read more
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Your ad spend goes straight to Meta, Google, TikTok or OpenAI from your own account, never through us. Our fee is separate, so the two are never mixed up. Read more
Is there a minimum ad spend?
We take on ad accounts spending at least $2,000 a month. Below that, the platforms do not get enough data to learn, and the money is usually better spent getting the basics right. Read more
How long is the contract?
Ninety days to prove it works, then month to month. You stay because it works, not because a contract says so. Read more
What does Booked Consults in 30 Days cost?
Booked Consults is $3,000 to set up, then $4,000 a month for Meta and Google together, with ad spend of at least $3,000 a month paid direct to the platforms. Organic social is a $1,000 a month add on. Ninety day minimum, then month to month. Read more
How much does a video shoot day cost?
Shoot days are quoted after a short call, because the price depends on the hours, the location, how many setups you need and whether you want the footage edited. Tell us about the shoot and we come back with a plan and a price. Read more
Do you work with nonprofits?
Yes, and we price nonprofit work differently, after one call. Sometimes the right answer is a short engagement to build the system and hand it over to your team. Read more

ChatGPT ads

Can you advertise on ChatGPT?
Yes. OpenAI runs a self-serve ads platform, open to US advertisers since July 2026. Ads appear as labelled sponsored placements under ChatGPT's answers when the conversation matches what you sell, and we run them for clients now. Read more
How are ChatGPT ads targeted?
By the topic of the conversation, and you choose the country. There is no city or radius targeting yet, so local businesses write their area into the ad itself. Read more
Can medical practices run ChatGPT ads?
Not right now. Health and medical, financial, political and dating ads are not allowed. Practices can still be named inside ChatGPT's answers through AEO. Read more
How do you track ChatGPT ads?
We install the OpenAI pixel, set up the conversion you care about and confirm a real one is recorded before launch. Every link carries UTM tags so the traffic shows up in your analytics next to every other channel. Read more

Social media and content

How often should I post?
As often as you can keep up for a whole year, not a month. For a small team that might be three posts a week plus one short video. Hold that number through the busy weeks and only add more once it feels easy. Read more
What content works best right now?
A person, not a brand. The founder or practitioner on camera answering the questions customers actually ask, one idea per video, honest about what the product does and does not do. Read more
How do I make a Reel take off?
Write the hook before anything else, because a Reel lives or dies in the first two seconds. Cut each video with several openings and lengths, post them, keep the ones that reach non followers and drop the rest. Read more
Which platform should I focus on?
The one where your buyers already spend time, and only that one until you can hold a cadence there. For most product brands and practices that is Instagram first, with TikTok when your buyer is younger. Read more
Should I buy followers?
No. Bought followers do not buy, and they make the algorithm show your posts to fewer real people. Dr. Brunswick went from 9,590 to 233,000 followers with no paid growth at all. Read more
Does UGC work for small brands?
Often, yes, especially where buyers distrust polished ads. JAM Paper reached 180,000 views on one organic creator video. It is the wrong call when your buyer needs to trust an expert rather than a peer. Read more
Do you manage DMs and comments?
Yes. We set up ManyChat so common questions get an instant reply and real conversations reach your team, and we answer comments in your voice. Read more
Which social media metrics matter?
The ones tied to money: bookings, sales, leads and conversations started. Watch time and saves are good leading signs. Likes, impressions and raw follower counts on their own are vanity. Read more

Filming and shoot days

Do you film on location?
Yes. A videographer and Robb, as director, come to your clinic, office, store or studio across Los Angeles County and Orange County, with the scripts and shot list written before the day. Read more
How do I book a shoot?
Use the shoot booking form: tell us how long you need us, what you want filmed and your budget. We come back with a plan and a price. Book at least five business days ahead. Read more
Do you edit the footage?
Yes. We edit into finished vertical videos for Reels, TikTok and Shorts in Adobe Premiere Pro, cut in several hooks and lengths so we learn quickly what your audience responds to. Read more
Can you film inside a medical practice?
Yes. Everyone on camera gives consent first, and the practice approves every claim and caption before anything is published. Read more

SEO and AEO

What is AEO?
Answer engine optimization means making sure AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini name your business when someone asks for what you sell. It overlaps with SEO but is judged on whether you are mentioned in the answer. Read more
What do I get for $199 a month?
An article a day, every technical fix applied, and weekly tracking of how ChatGPT and Gemini answer about you. Mr James, a tailor in Playa del Rey, went from about 11 to about 43 sessions a day in five weeks on it. Read more
How long does SEO take?
Fixes and new pages start helping within weeks, and results compound over months. Mr James saw his sessions roughly quadruple in five weeks, but every site starts from a different place. Read more
How do I get recommended by ChatGPT?
Give the AI a clear reason to name you: a site that answers the questions your customers ask, accurate profiles, good reviews and other sites that mention you. We track the questions your customers ask and whether you are named. Read more

Reviews and reputation

How do I get more Google reviews?
Ask every happy customer at the moment they are happiest, with a one tap link to your review page. We set that up as a short text or email after the appointment or purchase, using GoHighLevel. Read more
Can you remove bad reviews?
Only reviews that break Google's rules, such as fake reviews or spam, can be reported for removal, and we do that. Everything else is best answered calmly and outweighed by more reviews from happy customers. Read more
Do you write or buy reviews?
No. We never write, buy or reward reviews. Google removes incentivised reviews and can penalise the profile. Read more

Tracking and reporting

What reporting will I get?
Your own dashboard with every platform we run in one place, an executive report on what moved and what we are doing next, and a weekly note from Robb in plain English with the money metric first. Read more
How do I know my tracking is right?
Check that the pixel fires, that the conversion you care about is its own event, that Meta's Conversions API is connected without double counting, and that ad-reported sales roughly match your store or CRM. The self-audit checklist covers every step. Read more
Can I audit my own ad account?
Yes. Our free 43-point self-audit checklist covers tracking, structure, audiences, creative, budget, landing pages and reporting, with a printable PDF. Read more

For medical practices

Do you work with plastic surgeons and med spas?
Yes. Medical aesthetics is one of our core groups: a Beverly Hills surgical practice reached 13.3x return on Meta ad spend, and Dr. Zoumalan grew from 6,000 to 109,000 Instagram followers organically. Read more
What is Booked Consults in 30 Days?
Our offer for aesthetics practices: Meta and Google campaigns, the landing page, creative, follow up automation and a weekly consults report, judged on booked consultations rather than form fills. Read more
How do practices reply to reviews safely?
Never confirm that the reviewer is a patient or mention anything about their care, even if they shared it publicly. Thank them, keep it general and invite them to contact the practice directly. Read more
How much should a med spa spend on marketing?
Our Booked Consults offer runs on at least $3,000 a month of ad spend, paid direct to the platforms. The full breakdown, with what to look for in agency quotes, is in our med spa marketing cost guide. Read more
