Dr. Andrew Brunswick is a neurosurgeon. We grew his Instagram from 9,590 to 115,000 followers without a dollar of paid growth, and set up ManyChat so the questions that came in got an answer.
The challenge
A surgeon has very little time for content, and the people who find him online have serious questions. The account needed to grow on his own voice and expertise, and every comment and message needed a reply even on days he was in surgery.
What we did
- 1Built the content around the surgeon on camera, answering the questions people actually ask, in short videos that fit his schedule.
- 2Edited for Reels with several hooks per idea and held a steady posting cadence.
