Overview

Dr. Zoumalan is a Beverly Hills surgical practice. We paired high-intent paid campaigns with a year-long organic program across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

The challenge

Aesthetic surgery is one of the most expensive lead categories in paid social. The practice needed qualified consultations, not cheap form fills, plus a brand presence to match its reputation.

What we did
  1. 1Built Meta lead campaigns focused on high-value procedures and pre-qualified intent.
  2. 2Ran an organic content system across Instagram, YouTube & TikTok.
  3. 3Nurtured ad-generated leads through to booked, paid procedures.

Who Dr. Zoumalan is

Dr. Christopher Zoumalan is a facial plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills. His patients come for high-value procedures, and the people who find him online are doing real research before they book a consultation. So the content had to sound like him, and the ads had to bring in serious people.

How the paid side worked

We built Meta lead campaigns around the procedures that matter most to the practice and set up the forms so people qualified themselves before they spoke to the team. Then every lead was followed up until it became a booked consult or a clear no. That follow up is where most practices lose the money they spent on ads.

Over two months, $1,837 of Meta spend turned into $24,500 in confirmed revenue, a 13.3x return, from 43 qualified leads.

How the organic side worked

At the same time we ran a year of organic content across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, built on the doctor on camera explaining procedures in plain language. Instagram went from 6,000 to 109,000 followers with no paid growth, reach rose 1,719%, link clicks rose 908%, and the content passed 4.76 million impressions across the three platforms in twelve months.

The two halves help each other. The organic videos show which topics people care about, and those become the ads.

What other practices can take from it

You do not need a famous surgeon to do this. You need a practitioner willing to answer questions on camera, a clear list of the treatments you want more of, and someone who follows up every lead. That is the system I now run for medical aesthetics practices across Los Angeles and Orange County.

Questions

Questions people ask

How did Dr. Zoumalan get a 13.3x return on Meta ads?
Meta lead campaigns focused on high-value procedures, forms that pre-qualified intent, and follow up on every lead through to a booked, paid procedure. $1,837 of spend produced $24,500 in revenue.
Did Dr. Zoumalan buy followers or run follower ads?
No. The growth from 6,000 to 109,000 Instagram followers came from organic content only.
Can this work for a med spa or dermatology practice?
Yes. The same approach works for any practice that sells consultations: a practitioner on camera, ads built around the treatments you want more of, and follow up on every lead. Paid campaigns need at least $2,000 a month in ad spend.
