180K views. Zero paid promotion.
Matched the brand with a creator whose audience already loved the category.
Organic views from one creator video
We matched JAM Paper with an artist whose audience already loved the product category. One organic video did the rest.
JAM Paper wanted reach with a creative community without paying for media.
- 1Sourced a creator whose audience matched the product.
- 2Shaped a natural, product-in-use concept instead of a scripted ad.
- 3Amplified the content across the brand's own channels.
Who JAM Paper is
JAM Paper sells paper, envelopes and stationery. It is not a category anyone expects to take off on social, and the brand wanted reach with a creative community without paying for media.
Why a creator, not an ad
The people most likely to love colored paper and envelopes already follow artists and makers. So instead of making an ad and paying to push it, we looked for a creator whose audience already loved the category and let the product show up inside the kind of work they make anyway.
The brief was simple: use the product the way you normally would, on camera, with nothing that sounds like a commercial. A natural product in use video lands better with that audience than anything polished, because it looks like the rest of their feed.
What happened
One organic video reached 180,000 views with zero paid promotion. It brought in about 300 new followers and around 200 clicks on the bio link. We then shared the content across JAM Paper's own channels so the brand got the full value of it.
What it means for your brand
The lesson is not that every creator video gets 180,000 views. It is that matching the creator to the audience matters more than production value, and that a quiet category is no reason to skip UGC.
When a video like this works organically, it is also the first thing I would test as a paid ad, because the hook is already proven. This is the same process we run on every UGC program: find the right creator, write a light brief, sort the usage rights, and edit for each platform in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Creator sourcing, briefs, usage rights and editing for TikTok and Instagram are covered in depth on our UGC agency page.
