Interpretation and definitions
- Company ("we", "us" or "our") refers to RobbP Media Group, 12655 W Jefferson Blvd, Playa Vista, California 90066.
- Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders means a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
- Service refers to the Website, accessible at robbpmedia.com.
- You means the individual using the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf that individual uses it.
Your order cancellation rights
You may cancel your Order within 30 days without giving any reason. The deadline is 30 days from the day you receive the Goods, or from the day a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.
To exercise your right of cancellation, tell us your decision with a clear statement, either by email to info@robbpmedia.com or through our contact page.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for returns
For Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
- The Goods are in their original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that by their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date.
- Goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Returning goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please send Goods to: RobbP Media Group, 12655 W Jefferson Blvd, Playa Vista, CA 90066.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment, so we recommend an insured, trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
